"Stunning diffuser and top-notch customer support"
This biscuit diffuser is simply divine, featuring a lovely earthy color and feel, and it arrived in a lovely package, shipped without delay. The customer service from Appellation was just as remarkable and lovely as their items. I was genuinely amazed by how they followed up and took care of sending the right power cord. I’d definitely suggest this for the gorgeous products along with their fantastic support and attention.

What a breeze it was to order these beautifully made pure essential oils. The delivery was quick (which is impressive since I'm in Australia), and the packaging was both thoughtful and lovely. The scents are absolutely out of this world! I'm really thankful a colleague (I'm a Naturopath) introduced me to these; they've turned into a vital and stunning part of my self-care routine.

Appellation really stepped up. I messed up my order, which caused a delay in delivery. I reached out to M. Michal and explained that the order was a gift and needed to arrive quickly. He went out of his way to ensure it got delivered as soon as possible. I'm still grateful! 🙏🏻

"This product is fantastic!"
I'm really into this item. The oils are gorgeous, and the diffuser is great too. My order arrived in Australia super quick, just 5 days after I placed it. That's way better than what I usually get from local shops! It's beautifully packaged, making it perfect for a Christmas gift.

The item arrived super quick, especially for an overseas delivery. I really liked the way it was packaged, particularly the aroma oils. No unnecessary wrappings or bubble wrap, which I totally dig. It would be nice to have a little note with some basic instructions for first-time use, or perhaps a QR code linking to the website.
